By downloading, installing, or using the Eini app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Eini is an app that helps with menu planning and shopping. Based on user inputs, it generates menu suggestions, shopping lists, and savings estimates, and processes publicly available promotion data from Swiss retailers.

The content is intended exclusively for information and everyday support.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require a user account. You can register via email, Apple, or Google.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information you provide
• the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

The App may only be used for private purposes, in particular for personal menu planning and shopping organisation.

The following is prohibited:

• copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting content, data, or features of the App
• extracting or analysing algorithms, pricing, or promotion data
• technically manipulating or abusing the App

5. AI-Generated Content

The menu plans, recipes, and savings estimates provided by the App are partially generated automatically.

We make no guarantee as to:

• the accuracy of nutritional information
• the suitability of recipes for individual needs
• actual savings

Use is at your own risk. For health-related questions (e.g. nutrition or allergies), we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

6. Prices and Promotions

The prices and promotions displayed in the App are based on publicly available information from Swiss retailers.

We make no guarantee as to:

• the timeliness or completeness of the information
• correspondence with the actual prices in-store

Only the information provided by the respective retailer is binding.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the App available without interruption but provide no guarantee to that effect.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the App or individual features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability, in particular for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• data loss
• economic losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of the App

9. Account Deletion and Suspension

You may delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of breach of these Terms or misuse.

10. Third-Party Providers

Certain features of the App use services from third-party providers (e.g. Apple or Google for login or payments).

Their terms of service apply in addition to ours for the services they provide.
